Objectives
Determine the relationship that exists between the beliefs, knowledge, practices of supplementation of micronutrients of them mothers with children under of 3 years and the prevalence of anemia Center of health San Agustin of boxes 2015
Methods
The present research study is basic, descriptive-correlational study since it is limitedto the identification of variables and their setting of the corresponding relationshipbetween the independent variables and the dependent variable. According to the time of occurrence of them made and registration of the information is of Court crosssince is made the collection of it information in a unique timeThe population was constituted by 119 children (as) minor of 3 years with their respective mothers that come to the Centre of health San Agustín of boxes affiliates to the secure integral of health.
Results
Is found relationships significant of beliefs of the use of them multi-micronutrient with the prevalence of anemia p = 0, 049, belief of the prevention of the anemia and the prevalence of anemia p = 0, 039, practices of use of supplements of micronutrients with prevalence of anemia p = 0, 010, practice of frequency of consumption of food lentils, pallares, beans, peas, beans and prevalence of anemia p = 0, 05 , practice of consumption of meat, viscera and prevalence of anemia p = 0, 012We found no significant relationships of the knowledge of mothers on the multi-micronutrient and prevalence of anemia p = 0, 265
Conclusions
There is relationships significant between them beliefs and practices of supplementation of micronutrients of them children under of 3 years and the prevalence of anemia, but not is found relationship significant the knowledge of them mothers with children minor of 3 years and the prevalence of anemia.
