Micronutrient Forum at IUNS - International Congress of Nutrition (ICN)
From 24-29 August 2025, the French Society of Nutrition (SFN), French Federation of Nutrition (FFN), Federation of European Nutrition Societies (FENS), and the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS) are organizing the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition of IUNS at Palais des Congrès, in Paris. Theme is “Sustainable Food for Global Health, ” with all the fundamental, clinical, epidemiological, and social aspects of nutrition addressed through lectures, symposia, oral communications, and posters.
The Micronutrient Forum is organizing two scientific symposia and contributing to several additional sessions at IUNS–ICN 2025. These sessions and presentations highlight critical issues at the intersection of nutrition, climate, data, and maternal and child health—bringing forward the latest evidence and implementation insights to inform global action on micronutrient health.
